Shingwauk Kinoomaage Gamig is now accepting applications for the following programs:

  • Anishinaabe Gikendaasowin (Fall 2027)
    • University Level Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker – In partnership with Canadore College (Fall 2027)
    • College Level Certificate

Follow the steps below to submit your application and begin your journey.

STEP 1: Fill out the Application Form

Shingwauk Kinoomaage Gamig – Program Application

This application process is completed directly through Shingwauk Kinoomaage Gamig. Applicants do not need to apply through OCAS, and there is no application fee.

STEP 2: Gather your transcripts

Prepare your most recent transcripts. These may include one or more of the following:

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)

  • GED

  • College transcript(s)

  • University transcript(s)

STEP 3: Email your transcripts

Send your transcripts to the following:

STEP 4: Wait for a response
Shingwauk Kinoomaage Gamig and partner colleges when applicable, will review your application and notify you about the status of your admission. Please keep an eye on the email address you provided on your application form.

After submitting your transcripts, please allow for 1-2 business days for our team to review your documents.

STEP 5: Accept your offer and register

If you qualify, you will receive an offer letter from Shingwauk Kinoomaage Gamig or a partnered college.

  • Follow the instructions in your offer letter to accept your offer.

  • Once your offer is accepted, you will complete registration.
